Washingto DC are Cruisemasters/Cruiseairs?

Does here own or know an owner in the greater Washington DC area? I am curious and see one up close and personal before I start looking to buy.
 
JBEE, go to http://registry.faa.gov/arquery.asp
You can enter state ,model, type ,etc. Make sure you specify Bellanca model i.e. 14-19, 14-19-2, 14-19-3. Cruisemaster doesn't work as it is looking for model #. I found I'm the only -2 in PA. LYNN N9818B 8)
