Viking Mass Arrival camping and hotel at Watertown

I recall getting a message about camping and/or hotels at Watertown, but for the life of me, I can't find it. Where is that info listed?
 
I see the link, it's pretty obvious. But, there is no information about camping at WATERTOWN the night before or about any hotels available near WATERTOWN.

Can you please post this information? There are a lot of people on the Viking Pilots forum that are interested in coming, but can't find any info about camping or hotels at WATERTOWN the night before the arrival.

Note: Mariah, Debra, Lisa, Krys and Rana of Wisconsin Aviation, Inc. are our hosts at RYV.
They will accommodate camping at the airport, and have two hotels within walking distance,
but will have transportation for pickup and delivery from the hotels. There are at least
5 restaurants and 5 fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Wisconsin Aviation has reserved rooms (two queens per room) at the
* Super 8 (920-261-1188) at $81 per night plus tax.
Refer to the rooms reserved by Wisconsin Aviation (10 rooms)
* The Holiday Inn Express quoted $99 per night (920-262-1910).
