New update to Bryce Canyon Fly-In list, 23 planes / 48 people. I'm asking those on the list to:
1.) Confirm they are coming.
2.) Confirm they will attend dinner at the Wild West Retreat.

I’ve not planed events other than dinner. I’m only passing information I’ve found. Each person needs to decide what they want to do and make reservations if necessary. If you decide to do nothing that’s okay too. Download the Yoke Clip for a list of activities and those who are coming.

I’m showing 33 people confirmed, 6 have yet to confirm, 16 aircraft at Bryce Canyon. I called Ruby’s to see home many rooms are reserved under our Special Rate, they have 44 rooms reserved under our group name!
If you’re planning on coming and I don’t know it (not on the yoke clip) please send me an email ASAP so I can make dinner reservations.
 
If you called Bryce Canyon and they were out of rental cars you need to call again. Hertz is sending more cars to them on Monday.
