I just delivered my beloved crusair to her new owner in MO. Barely made it in around all of the storms, maybe it was a sign I shouldn't have sold her?
I had 13 hours of flying over two days to stew in the reality that she was really going to be gone, and it wasn't easy. I went through all the stages of grief.
Her new owner is a great guy, and in a very similar situation to when I bought her, and I have high faith that he will treat her as well as I did, but it was still hard watching someone else's hangar door slowly closing, cementing her place in someone else's adventures.
Sigh.
