I’m hopping someone can direct me to where I could find a inspection list for annual inspection.

You might start by looking at some of the posts in the forum archives - just type "checklist" in the search box. We have several experienced Cruisair owners and you might make contact directly with them. Grant is one of them that has recently been through an annual and will probably be able to help.
 
I have an annual inspection checklist that I made up for my Cruisair. Mine had hydraulic LG, so you may want to modify that part...or any other part. I sent a copy to Robert at the Club, so he should be able to send you a copy. If that doesn't work, send me your email and I will send you a copy.
