My '89 Viking has inertia reels in the front seats. They keep folding over themselves when the retract to the point of putting creases in the webbing and thus keeping them from retracting easily. I've had them re-webbed only to be back to the same problem in ~1yr. The problem appears to be the inertia reel doesn't easily align itself with the belt when in use.
Looking in the parts catalog I noticed in figure 30 item 22 (part no. 206217-1). My A/C does not have this part and I'm curious to know if anyone else has this problem or if they have this part installed.
I've attached the page from the parts catalog to better explain what I'm asking.
