I am not sure what area you are in but in this area (Dallas Fort Worth) add another $45000 for that hanger. A lot at our field would cost about $75000 now with no building. If you want to know what it would cost to build Figure out how much concrete you need, ( here it cost around $5.25 a sq ft. installed. call 1 or 2 building suppliers and add about $8000 for labor to set up building. a bi-fold door cost about $6000. I here people say contractors are hungry they will negotiate. Material cost have not come down much and most folks have fixed cost for labor. There have not been any profit in jobs for about the last 2 years. You will probably go threw 2 or 3 contractors before you are done. They have a tendency of not showing up every day. They start a job and a couple weeks later start another and you sit and wait. :lol:
