Cruisair H.Stab rear attTachment

There are 2 places to attach the H .Stab, upper or lower mount hole ? Got A/C with wings and tail apart, manual ,is no help

Hi Conrad,
Sorry it took so long for a reply. Looked over my notes ('cause I couldn't remember) but I beieve that you use the upper holes. Anybody have anything different?

Well, I let this ride long enough. I'm surprised no others than LL responded.
The original factory installation used the upper position.

I wonder why Bellanca had 2 potential positions? Even though it would only be a few degrees difference, I think it would make a big difference in flying characteristics. I wonder if anyone has put it in the wrong position and flown it that way? I would think it could be scary. _____Grant.
