Looking at all the other forums, either we talk the most or we have the most problems (misery loves company). I'd like to think we're just friendly!

My thanks to Robert and everyone here who participates- this is GREAT :!:

We need more people talking about their Bellancas. Information is power and I love not making the same mistake others have already been through. My Aeroflash strobe failed after 11 hours. On the forum I wonder if others have had problems with fuselage strobe mount? I'm tellin the world about my Cruisemaster--it's a love hate relationship. I just had a wet pump failure. The thing is 45 years old and finally failed. God is that a bummer to change there is no room between the firewall and engine. I had to cut the studs 1/8 inch to pull that thing. LYNN N9818B

I forget- was the strobe mounted on the belly? If so, I wonder if exhaust and oil contamination had anything to do with its failure?

Looks like I'll have to break into the wings of NC74392 anyway to remove the rotten wiring already present, so wing strobes for Christmas! Following 43.13 to the letter, I should get some access without compromising the structural monocoque properties of that marvelous wing. Reminds me of fine furniture with all the glue stripped off 8)
