The Fly-Committee spent over an hour on a conference call yesterday and we are good to go! There are some loose ends to do, but we have the club house reserved, catering is set up, and most tasks are assigned.
For those of you who have never attended the Columbia Fly-In you ARE missing a great event. Camp plane side or stay in one of many gold rush period hotels or B&B’s. Even the non-pilot spouses enjoy the event. Near by wine tasting is always a popular trip. Meals are provided Friday night thru Sunday morning. For those of us arriving early it’s an easy walk to town to eat at one of several restaurants.
