Smoke System Form 337 for 7-Series

I'm considering having a Smoking Airplanes smoke system installed in my 7ECA. These require a field approval and my IA needs 2 to 3 sample Form 337's that have been approved for a 7-series in order to submit mine. I can find samples for the 8-series Super D, but not the 7-series. Would anyone in the Club have a sample they could share with me? Thanks!

I read about an A&P who installs them as a Minor Alteration.
It is the installing A&P who is responsible for deciding if an installation is Major or Minor.
AC 210A and AC 120-77 have a good flow chart to help determine if it is Major or Minor.
Also CFR 43 Appendix A is helpful in making that decision.
A Minor alteration only needs Acceptable Data, such as AC 43.13. It does not require Approved Data.
Just some some info to think about.
