Rib Stitching

Boys, Lisa K.( that's Lisa in the photos) took pictures of the Crate in Feb. and posted them on her site http://www.pabarnstormer.com, I have come a good way since then. The wings are taking major time due to all the concave curves ,aileron and flap well. Lynn I press on

I should of tempered my complaining, the bottom of the wings has been my Waterloo! Not only do you have the concave surface but then you have 3 raised reinforcment rib strips next to the wheel well, to say the very least it is a bitch to cover this without the fabric pulling up from the wood. All I can say if I get through this bottom cover I will really roll on the fuselage, Since this is a first for me it has been a real learning experience. Last night I was throwing empty beer cans at it and today, I was patting its bum. Love hate this Bellanca game. I press on Lynn

I enjoy that phrase, "learning experience." it's a euphemism, of course, for something that nearly drove you mad :)

Press on, my friend, as I look forward to our rendezvous on the Tour. Yeah...easy for me to say <cough>
