My restoration partner (Chuck Wilkie) is just not doing well. His lung tumor is about the size of a handball nowand pressing on his heart's vena cava. It's inoperaple.
Right after he resumed Chemotherapy, he caught a bad lung infection from someone (Mom I think) and was so short of breath even his O2 wouldn't keep him from gasping.
He's resting easier now and hopes to be home for Christmas, but still can't walk from his hospital bed to the bathroom without his oxygen level going in the cellar. Hard to watch. My feelings are so mixed- I want to have him around, but I can't stand to see him suffer.
Sure don't feel like putting up Christmas trees, wrapping presents, or decorating. Thank God Margaret does.
I can't sleep worth a damn I'm so worried...
