Need copy of STC SA4-604 for hyd. gear on 14-13

This STC was installed on my aircraft long ago by 337, and all works fine, but I don't know how to maintain it or how to get replacement parts, etc. The STC holder contact info as listed by the FAA leads nowhere.

Can anyone provide a copy, or tell me how I can get one?
