instrument panel finish

I have observed that the instrument panel and aileron cable covers in a 1999 GCBC are what seem to be a cream colored powder coated finish. In my 2000 GCAA these parts are a cream colored wrinkle/crinkle finish.

Does anyone know of the correct wrinkle finish product to use when redoing the instrument panel ?
