Franklin Engine Runs Rough

Was cleaning plugs and re-routing plug leads to keep them away from exhaust stacks on my 150 Franklin in my Stinson. To insure the leads went to the right plugs, I removed the mag covers to trace the wires. The engine now will not run at all on the left Eismann mag. The p-lead from that mag shorts out when the braided wire is bent. I think the tight space to remove back mag covers caused me to injure that wire. Now I want to replace the lead from the mag hex cap through the filter capacitor and it then attaches by a machine screw to the lead that goes to the ignition/mag switch. I can not find a p-lead with a capacitor factory attached to the lead. Does any one have one that is not beat up? Is there a way to match up the Bendix p-leads and capacitors that AS sells that would work on the Eismanns?

thanks

I am going thru Eismann part hunting right now for my old Caterpillar tractor and if Fresno Airparts doesnt have what you need try Marks Magnetos @ 860-537-0376. or see if you can find a company called Lightning Magnetos online. These were recommended to me by an old tractor mechanic, but I havent contacted them yet. I have a box with a bunch of old Eismann parts(but not the part I need) I will take a look today. ____Grant.
