According to the parts manual, these are Scott 4000. But what's actually in my plane N86826 is a similar looking cylinder with different internals (smaller dia, top cover is a two piece aluminum affair without a filler screw, etc.) Does anyone know for sure what cyls were used in the 14-13's of 1946 vintage, and where to get a seal kit? My left side has been acting up and had quite a bit of blow by last week. It looks like the lower snap ring might have come out of its groove, disabling the sealing arrangement at the top of the shaft.
