I don't know. John Underwood might be able to provide more insight. GMB had lots of ideas that never even made it to the drafting table. The 'trainer' with a bubble canopy, retracting gear and Cruisemaster wings was just one that made it to the sketch process. Dan
 
Yes, I did this. In 1925, GMB built the DH4 wings for the USPS and he was probably just getting started on what was to become the Wright-Bellanca, WB1, powered by the new Wright J4. GMB had some good ideas that never went very far. I'd sure like to see an OX5 haul six people! Dan
