Anyone ever run a 76" Aeromatic?

I have a chance to buy a 76" F200 hub Aeromatic. I was wondering if anyone's ever heard of installing this size prop and if so, are there issues like ground clearance and stressing the 150 hp engine?
Any news from Tarver Propeller? I NEED BLADES :!:
 
All I know is that it is not legal to run blades other than OO-74 Series blades on the Cruisair, presumably because they would cause ground clearance problems in some attitudes.

I have the same problem with blades. I sent my good one to Kent to match more than 4 years ago and am still waiting for a replacement. He estimates charging $1200/blade, though, so I wonder how many takers he'll have.
 
If he could improve the blade efficiency a little, I'd have no problem paying $2400 for a pair of 'em. Still cheaper than buying some other prop and trying to get the FAA to sign off on it!
