14-13 Flying Wire Location

I picked up a 14-13 from a garage in Long Beach,from the owners widow and son,its been recovered ,but the holes for the Flying Wires were not made in the horizontal stab.Can anyone help me out with some pictures or drawings with measurements of where to poke the holes?
 
Here is a sketch of my Cruisair right stab. The hole for the left one is slightly more outboard...~3/8" more. Start by measuring 10 1/2" fwd from the elevator hinge line, and it is 28 1/8" outboard from where that line would intersect the aft fuselage. Hopefully the drawing makes more sense.
