I finally found (at significant cost) the F200H manual all four pages of it! At least it explains how the adjustments are made. I also solved the problem of the spinner support. And am happy to report the prop works well ... much more thrust at takeoff, climb about the same or maybe a bit better...

The Ebay diaphragm fitted to the modified center post has been working great for 3 months. For the first time, fuel pressure remains at 5lb after I shut down!

Did this ever come to fruition? Note, there are several varieties of spinner/backplate for the aeromatic: f200, f200H etc.

Well the source I had in mind (Prince Aircraft) hemmed and hawed and then decided it was too much work. They kept my sample ferrule and allen head lag screws that I sent them. Pretty poor show for a well-known outfit. There is another option but it's a European outfit and they want nothing to do...

An update: 3 months and about 5 hours in, the diaphragm I got from Then and Now started leaking ... and since my mounting flange was not flat, I noted fuel dripping from that flange otherwise I would not have known. Took it out and could not see any visual defect. I suspect it's leaking through...

I bought a kit from Then & Now for my 14-13-2 and the diaphragm assembly looked correct and fit up fine. After running a few hours we developed a big fuel leak from the oil side of the diaphragm. Removed said assembly and cannot see any hole in diaphragm. I surmise the leak is through the center...
