Has anyone out there installed Vortex Generators on a 7ECA and how do they like them?

Because the door on my ECA has a large gap at the rear upper corner I am considering installing a split door I have seen on another Citabria. Is this a modification I can get or a one of a kind door someone made for themselves?

Is there a way to bend or adjust the fiberglass door on my '67 7ECA? The front and bottom fit fine, but the top aft corner has a large gap, about 1". The gap tapers from the front top of the door and from the latch at the aft middle of the door upward. I prefer not to use a big chunk of foam...
