Does the 1974 7GCBC have the Scott Tailwheel (3200/3400)?

Anybody have any luck rejuvenating old dope? Considering removing flaking paint and dope and doing partial fills. Where the dope is still well adhered, planning on using a rejuvenator to bring it back to life before doing a full repaint. Heard plusses and minuses.

Looking to repaint a 1974 7GCBC. The plane only has 600+ hours TT with the original paint and fabric. Local shop says fabric still in great shape. I really want to take it back to the factory color and scheme, light blue and white with stars on tail and wings. Not sure what the pattern is...

My father has a 1974 7GCBC. How do you determine what tailwheel the plane has and appropriate towbar to use? I was hoping to find him one for Father's Day.
