I'm getting an all expenses paid vacation to Iraq this summer for a few months and other than putting my KCAB on a battery tender, anything else during the warm summer months I should do while it isn't going to be flying to even running? D

I'm contacted American Champion and they don't sell the step that mounts to the wheel strut any more... I'd like another option for putting gas in my plane so I don't have to take a step ladder with me when I launch off into the unknown... Thoughts of anyone who sells them? D

I saw a 2003 KCAB with really nice strut fairings where the main strut connects to the wing and also to the fuselage. Does anyone know where I might be able to get my hands on some of those and/or would they be STC'd for my 73'? They really made the lines of those struts look clean, I have the...

About 2/3rds the way down on my port wing I've got a few nails that need to whacked back in. Any advice on making this happen? It's only these three and they don't seem to be moving and appear to have been this way for quite some time. Here is a pic- D

Anyone running a standby attitude indicator? Would like to put an electrically powered ESIS/type display in my KCAB but not sure if there are any particularly design for it. Would just be nice in case I needed to descend through some weather or aid at night. Thoughts? D
